The Noibu Error Monitoring Platform
Noibu helps eCommerce teams fix revenue leakage due to technical website errors by helping customers detect, prioritize, and resolve revenue impacting technical issues like bugs, UX
issues, & performance. Noibu is designed to quickly plug into a range of eCommerce sites, whether custom-built or built through eCommerce platforms (Magento, Shopify+,
BigCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Sap Hybris, and WooComerce).
The platform’s functionalities are three-fold:
1) discovering bugs and alerting: monitoring the eCommerce site 24/7 for anomalies and alerting relevant stakeholders;
2) prioritizing bugs by revenue impact: hierarchizing website errors by their effect on revenue so business stakeholders can direct engineers to the most urgent tasks; and
3) equipping developers to remediate issues: providing tools like session replay, stacktraces, and breadcrumbs so that engineers can quickly reproduce errors and solve them. Expert interviews
suggest that this combination of features is unique and does not yet exist in a pre-packaged format for eCommerce.
